Reluctantly I head out on my bike, I know that if I don't I'll feel even worse !
Ride from Natland to Stainton, Viver, Milnthorpe, Dallam, Storth, Silverdale, Arnside, Sandside, Heversham, Hincaster, Sedgwick and back to Natland. A bit over 20 miles, I think.
Hopefully will feel better tomorrow.
