26/9: walked the Wandsworth Half Trog route, with L-M and the pack.
29/9: Autumnal after work ride to Silverdale and Arnside.
2/10: Ride to Shap, Orton, Tebay & Docker; then Reston Scar walk.
3/10: Cunswick Scar walk
8/10: Glen Tilt & Carn a’Chalmain: ride/walk/ride.
9/10: Allt Scheicheachan Bothy & Beinn Dearg: ride/walk/ride.
10/10: Beinn a’Ghlo Munros.
11/10: Mayar & Driesh
14/10: Ride after work to Silverdale and Arnside.
16/10: Helping at fell relays.
17/10: Very steady walk along river from Staveley.
21/10: After work ride to Warton, Silverdale and Arnside.
23/10: Ride to Gummer’s How, Cartmel and Grange .
24/10: Brunt Knott and Gurnal Dubs walk.
30/10: Walked Hart Fell race route.
31/10: Gallows Hill from Moffat.
1/11: Birthday walk to Grey Mare’s Tail and White Coomb.
2/11: Moffat Sportive Talla Loop ride.
3/11: Croft Head and Capel Fell, with small part of Southern Upland Way.
4/11: Moffat Sportive Talla Lopp ride, anti-clockwise.
5/11: Moffat meander, including Gallows Hill.
6/11: Frustrating ride to Warton, Sandside and Arnside…..punctures !
11/11: Ride from Endmoor, hilly !
13/11: Ride to Brigsteer, Levens, Brigsteer, Underbarrow, Crook, Ings, Staveley and Burneside.
13 & 14/11: Walk / camp Styhead Tarn and Great Gable for Remembrance Sunday.
Plus all the usual BROGA and HIIT sessions.
