So I have an early Physio appointment in Ambleside, breakfast at More and a bit late into work. But I manage to head out on bike a bit before 5, I really don't want to get caught in the dark, far too dangerous.
So usual route from the office, Heverhsam, Viver, Milnthorpe, Dallam, Storth, Arnside, Sandside and back to Levens....but before the light fades. A twitchy ride, the roads were wet and the lanes mucky but at least no idiot white van man !
