A bit wet, but better than forecast. Ran the trail race route from Torver.
Ride - Saturday 22nd May 2021
Out with Craig; Holme, Warton, Silverdale and Arnside, coffee and breakfast bun at the latter. A good pace today.

Early FACE-TO-FACE BROGA, and then an early evening, very wet, run on Scar.

Lunchtime HIIT and then training on Scout Scar, struggled today.
HIIT & Run - Tuesday 18th May 2021
Early HIIT and then a lunchtime run along canal and back along river.
Pennine Way - Saturday 15th & Sunday 16th May 2021
Early trains to Edale and then off walking the first 45 miles of the PW. A bit wet on day 1, but still reasonable views. Kinder, Bleaklow, Crowden and then a great wild camp below Black Hill, close to Crowden Great Brook.
Day 2 stayed dry, and with two burger van stops progress was swift. Finished close to Heb and only a 10 min drive home.
A really great weekend.
BROGA & Ride - Thursday 13th May 2021
Early BROGA and then a lunchtime ride, the two hills, and it was wet, very wet.
Wainwright bagging - Sunday 9th May 2021
Out with Russ, and weather much better. Parked close to top of Duddon Valley and a run out to Green Crag, Harter Fell and Hardknott Fell, a good day. And then more coffee & cake at More.
Staveley - Saturday 8th May 2021
Back home and out for a run with Craig, too wet and wild for a ride. Up to Potter Tarn, Gurnall Dubs, Potter Fell and Brunt Knott; then to More for coffee & cake.
Schiehallion - Friday 7th May 2021
A long drive, but worth it, climbed Schiehallion, 1083m; alpine like conditions, including the blue sky and sun, plus the occasional snow shower.
Loch Lochy Munro’s - Thursday 6th May 2021
From Kilfinnan, we head along South Lagan Forest and then up Cam Bhealach. From there, up to Sron a Choire Ghaibh, 935m, and back to the bhealach to climb Meall na Teanga, 917m. Another good outing, weather onside and great views.
Ben Tee - Wednesday 5th May 2021
So down to Invergarry and a hill run to climb another Corbett, Ben Tee, 901m. Again good weather and snowy underfoot, amazing views too.
Sgorr na Diollaid - Tuesday 4th May 2021
Headed up Glen Cannich and climbed the Corbett, Sgorr na Diollaid 816m. Lots of fresh snow which made it tough going, but good weather overhead and stunning views.
Wild on Wyvis - Monday 3rd May 2021
Headed further North and stopped off to climb Wyvis; a big bulk of a hill and nothing in the way to stop the Arctic conditions coming in from the NE. Seriously wild on the summit ridge/plateau, and poor viz, but we survived.
Ben Chonzie - Sunday 2nd May 2021
Heading north in new camper (Wildy), and stopped off to climb Ben Chonzie, a really good circular walk and settled weather too.
Ride - Saturday 1st May 2021
Out with Russ on bikes, the Warton / Silverdale loop, with coffee & cake at Wolf House Gallery.
