7th: Run - on road

8th: HIIT

9th: Ride, Arnside loop

10th: HIIT, 10k road at lunchtime, Spin

 We do well, 2nd overall - 380 points. 

Ride & Walk - Saturday 29th January 2022

 Out with Craig, Shap, Crosby Ravensworth, Orton, Tebay - windy !!

Then a walk around Loughrigg, very pleasant.
