A bit wet and wild out there today. Want a short run so head to Staveley for a gentle run around the Reston Scar Scamper race route. Would not be a great day on the higher fells.
Good to be out though and finish with coffee and croissant in More Bakery - they are beginning to get a lot of free advertising from me, perhaps I should tell them and negotiate a discount !
