No running again today but a celebration....I have been with Rathbones for 10 years this month so Richard and I visit an old haunt, The Hole in t'Wall in Bowness for a pint and a curry - this brings back memories of when we were based in Bowness and often visited here for a quick pint (and a curry..!).
Back to running though !
