Helm Training - Wednesday 25th May 2011

Russ works us all hard tonight - flat and fast along the top - varying times for the reps, anything from 15 seconds to 60 seconds - I find this hard, especially the shorter ones, just as I get going I have to slow down, just as I slow down I have to speed up - I guess it does me good.

It was a long and slow run home !
