The day starts cold and bright but soon clouds over. Fortunately some mid-morning drizzle clears by lunchtime and I head out for the usual route along the river and back along the canal.
The ground has dried out a bit and I manage to keep dry and relatively clean running shoes. It's good to be out.
Straight after work I head out on my usual 13.9 mile cycle route around the Lyth valley. The temperature has risen but it still feels chilly, glad of my beanie under my cycle helmet.
Again back just before dark.....bike lights ordered :-)
