It's going to be a busy day so up and out early. What a contrast to yesterday, dark, wet and cold. Off on usual route, I work hard but it's hard going ! Still good to be out though.
Late afternoon I decide to head out for a run - I know this means another muddy and wet pair of running shoes but has to be done.
I head along canal path, through deer park to Levens Bridge and then back though park and along river. I was right, it was very muddy and I need to wash my shoes under the outside tap, as well as my socks and legs !
