Training - Monday 24th June 2013

So having had a week or two where I have felt more energetic and I am now back to where I was....frustrating.

It's just hard work tonight and I feel I am going backwards; it is a long session, 6.4km of hard work and 2k of warm-up / warm-down. Don't particularly feel wasted at the end but had no 'go' during the session :-(
