Bizarrely Kendal escapes the snow, it is just to the North, just to the South, just to the East and just to the West and in all of those places, plenty of it. Tomorrow's race is cancelled, I respect that decision but can't help being disappointed.
Just out for two short walks today, one to Lambrigg with Barney and the other exploring the paths from my new home; a figure of eight again, to Burneside and back. Was hoping to get out on bike but the wind is even stronger and even colder today, there would be no fun in that.
