Manage to get home a littler earlier from work so head out for a run. I have yet to explore the possibilities of running from home to the golf course so opt to drive the short distance to Queens Road. The weather is good and I head up and over the golf course onto Cunswick Scar.
It's a cracking race route, a good twisty descent and then some fast running before a tough climb up Gamblesmire Lane. Back to the summit and then a fast descent back to car; make it back before dark, we've turned the corner :-)
