Another cold day with some snow on the low lying fells around Kendal. I head over to Helsington for a lunchtime run on the Scar. It's really cold and soon it's a blizzard, that's more like it. I love running in the snow and when it's snowing, so ideal conditions. A good route up and over the Scar, down and back up again (I know where I mean but not easy to explain); back at the cars I amazed that the road is covered in snow, as is my car; I decide against Brigsteer hill and instead opt for Whetstone Lane and back along the bypass.
