A glorious day but definitely chilly. Well wrapped-up I head out on bike from Natland - usual Lyth Valley route, not been this way for a long time.
See Craig out training hard - but be tough after night shift.
Small detour on the way back, we head into Sizergh Castle for a hot chocolate in the tea room - very nice :-)
