I take the morning off and head over to Sedbergh to run the infamous Carnethy race route. There is snow on the ground but conditions are relatively good and the weather fantastic; it's hard work though and not getting any easier.
But I get round and don't suffer afterwards; full English in Sedbergh certainly aids recovery !
