Feeling better so head out on bike in the afternoon. From home, Brigsteer Road, Brigsteer, Brigsteer Wood (where I shelter for 10 minutes due to a torrential downpour), Levens, Brigsteer, Underbarrow, Crook, Staveley (no coffee and cake stop today), Burneside, Hollins Lane......puncture....Windermere Road and home.
Feel good, maybe shedding a few pounds helps !
