I have some holiday to use up so take the morning off and head over to Ambleside. A good run up and over Loughrigg, fighting against the tail end of the hurricane but not as bad as expected. From the summit, drop down to the road and then around Loughrigg Tarn and back over to Lilly Tarn.
Then an early lunch and potter in Ambleside before a mad dash to work.
