So no Arnison Dash for me this year. Instead head over to Ambleside and an early morning walk, under Loughrigg, around Rydal Water, then Grasmere Water, into Grasmere and back along the Coffin Route; out for a little over 2 hours, all relatively flat and little or no stress on my Achilles.
