I head again on bike, same loop for opposite direction. It feels longer and slower but, surprisingly, Strava tells otherwise: 15.4mph, maximum speed 32.9mph.
Then early evening I go swimming; I don't really do swimming and can't say I enjoyed it, but I need to keep focussed. I use a kick board, this gives me confidence but certainly makes my legs work; I guess that's a good thing.
