Not feeling on top form tonight. A torrential downpour shortly before the race is not good although last year it came just as the race started.
I set off fast but know that i have no chance of keeping this going; I'm soon passed by Robin, Seb, Joss and Paul and see them all gradually pull away.......frustrating.
Words of encouragement from Russ, Ali, Craig and Amanda are appreciated but result in little improvement in leg speed, thanks anyway.
I finish 15th, I think, in 33mins 27secs, I think, slower than last year but a differentt finish which, I think, is longer......too much thinking going on here.
Helm, as always, do well at this race - mens & ladies team, 1st male, 3rd lady........
