A lie-in and chill out morning,
So we then attend prize giving, glad we did.......a free entry to next year's 50 or 100 mile race, plus Montane goodies...!! :-)
Head home late afternoon, get sorted and have very steady ride out around Lyth valley route - feel good but lack energy on the climbs, this shouldn't come as any surprise to me.
