So the last in the series, a dry night, ideal conditions but still don't feel great.
The race is delayed due to sheep on the course, this could only happen in Cumbria ! I run ok, come 7th in about 36:40, a bit slower than last year but no big surprise.
Helm ladies run well, 1st FV40 and Team prize.
