A good forecast so decide to have a quick zip around Kentmere. Start with bacon roll and latte at More and then drive down to the church.
Usual clockwise route and take in all of the summits. It's a clear day, great views and good to be out on the fells. A rescue Sea King is out on a practice sortie and comes in to hover and almost land very close to me, I think it wise to keep a safe distance !
Good running, soft under foot but not too wet.
