Another glorious day and this continues on into the evening, too good to waste. Head out on bike, usual route to Arnside, via Stainton, Viver, Milnthorpe and Storth.
I head straight to the fish and chip shop and then enjoy this sitting on the promenade looking out across the estuary to the distant fells.
Head back via Sandside, Heversham and Sedgwick; 21 miles at a steady pace, very enjoyable.
