A damp and gloomy day; I have little motivation but put on my running kit and head over to Staveley. Suddenly I feel a little more motivated, not sure why, and run out along the river and up to Potter Tarn. Had thought of dropping down from here, but head up to the brow above Gurnall and then head up to Potter Fell and over to Brunt Knott; then a steady decent back to Mill Yard and a treat: coffee and croissant :-)
