Another glorious day; hot, sunny but breezy again too. Head out from Natland, to Arnside via: Crosscrake, Viver, Milnthorpe, Dallam Park and Silverdale; stop there for a much needed lunch and amazing to watch the tide come in......the awesome force of water.
Then head back via Sandside, Heversham, Hincaster and then threw in the Levens loop too - gets us close to 35 miles. Oh, and a fizzy drink stop at Strickland Arms and got stung by a bee......I survived !
