Back to the Helm, not been here for a while either. Only 4 of us tonight, Billy wants a steady night because of the Blisco race on Saturday, Craig because of the Lakeland 50 and Ben and I are happy to go with this.
Was due to be a fartlek session through the rolling farmland at the back of the Helm but, actually, we just went for a run through this area; a good session though.
