The day doesn't go to plan and I eventually get out on my bike early evening. Head off from Natland, through Hincaster, Milnthorpe, Dallam Park, Storth and then.......a puncture ! Hardly an F1 style change but some time later back in the saddle and on to Arnside.
Pass on the fish & chips, that's never easy to do, and back through Sandside, Heversham and Viver. About 23 miles and a pleasant ride out.
