A busy day, live admin to get sorted. Anyway, I make it out in the afternoon for a ride; it started off as the Arnside loop but got down-graded to a Lyth Valley route....it's a long story !
Anyway after some to'ing and fro'ing I manage 22.3 miles and 1,467' ascent.
