Notice a post on Helm Hill forum about a run on the Scar at 6pm, I had not made it out at lunchtime so this fits in.
About 7 of us head out for an hour or so, a similar route to my lunchtime one to Helsington. A good run out and at quite a pace, fortunately we miss the showers.
