I head out for a shorter canal / river run at lunchtime - just 4 miles, my legs appreciate this.
After work a ride out on the bike - slightly different route - Natland, Crosscrake, Sedgewick, Sizergh, Levens, Brigsteer, the big hill to Helsington and then down Whetstone Lane and through Prizet - a tough, hilly route.
