Legs feel good but I am still tired. I head out on bike, up Helm Lane, across the Helm, through Middleshaw and Old Hutton and then off left towards Killington.
I make it as far as the Sedbergh Road, 10 miles out and then turn and head back, so 20 miles in total. A cold day, and glad of coffee when I get home, washing the bike gets put on hold for another week.
