So four of us (Russ, Craig & Kath) brave the strong winds for a run around the Horseshoe. It's hard going, I'm still not feeling great and the weather does not help.
We make it round in good time and see no other people on the high fells, just a few out walking a round Sweden Bridge.
A pint in the Eagle & Child on the way home rounds off a good run out.
