Russ is keen for beer, I am too but need to be sensible - so cycle via Sedgwick, Levens, Brigsteer, Underbarrow, Crook to Staveley (and spend some time realxing on a seat in the sun just outside Staveley).
Meet Russ and then bump into Craig, Amanda, Mick (no surprise there) and Pam - a good evening but I'm well behaved. Ride back on direct route through Bowston and Burneside.
