Training - Wednesday 26th February 2014

Why is it that some weeks it works and others it doesn't ? As you might of guessed this week is the latter. I find it hard from the start, only 5 reps on a familiar route on the golf course but it's just not happening. So frustrating but can't let it get to me; keep plugging away, don't give up and maybe it will come back !
