Not looking forward to this - the pavements are icy !
We head up to Horncop Lane and Kendal Green, getting there is not great ! However, once there the going is mainly ice free but we soon abandon plans to include Green Hill - we go up this once and all fear coming back down !
Again a shorter session due to Carnethy and to the conditions; however, we have been warned, normal long, hard sessions resume next week !
