Run - Sunday 1st November 2020

 So I, in my 50’s today :-(. Head out for a run to Stoodley Pike and Gaddins Reservoir, reasonable weather and the a HIIT session before dinner out.  

Ride - 31st October 2020

 Last ride in my 40’s ! Head out as a four, finish as a 2, puncture and injury ! Craig and I push on to Beetham, Silverdale (cinnamon bun and coffee and Wolf House Galley), Arnside, Sandside, Heversham, Viver, Hincaster, Sedgwick and Natland.
