An early ride with Craig, just the two of us......exercise with one other ! We take advantage of the quieter roads: Burneside, Bowston, Staveley, Ings, Windermere, Ambleside, Under Loughrigg, Rydal, Grasmere, Red Bank, Eltwrwater, Skelwith, Clappersgate, Ambleside, Troutbeck, Ings, Staveley, Burneside home.
And then an afternoon hike from Moor Howe Lane to Dubs, Sour Howes, Sallows and back along Garburn Pass.
