Head over to Sedbergh for part recce of Adam’s Fell Race route. It’s a tough one, Crook, Bram Rigg, Cautley Spout, Great Dummacks, Calders, Arant Haw, valley bottom, Winder. And that’s only a part of it. Good to be put in a longer run, a great winters day.
