Training - Wednesday 21st August 2013

A downhill training session tonight. The early rain has cleared and it leaves a warm, muggy night with plenty of unwelcome flies. 

At the far end, we do 7 downhill, flat-out reps and run back up to the top as recovery (!) after each one. This all hurts but does me good and is the sort of training that I need.
