Arnside Ride - Sunday 18th August 2013

Head out from Natland to Arnside but add in the extra Silverdale loop. Quick tea and cake stop in Arnside before heading home with the wind behind me. A 30 mile loop and better weather than I had enjoyed (no, endured ,) yesterday !
