Just can't face training on a Monday at the moment; too much mud, too many people and too much pressure.....just don't need any of these at the moment.
So head to the Scar with Craig and KA, not a great evening but the run is ok. About 6 or 7 miles and stays dry; across race course and then an up, down and up before heading across to Helsington church; from there, drop down, along, along again and then the big climb back onto the Scar, to the mushroom, then the trig and back down to the cars. Headtorch issues affects some more than others !
