So it's me and the girls again for week 5 at Pilates ! I think it's doing me good, I'm certainly improving and some of the moves / positions / stretches seem to be getting a little easier. But I still struggle when there are so many things to think of for each exercise.....I'm still working on moving my 'pelvis into neutral positions whilst the instructor has moved on to doing things with her sternum, rib cage, stomach and even pubic bone !!!
