Another day when time is tight, I head out early to Kentmere and manage to grab a parking space by the church.
It's hot again and today I carry two bottles, sensible choice. Not much energy today, plod round the usual route, taking in all of the summits, including the Beacon and High Street.
Relatively uneventful run and very few people about.
