Legs still feel in good shape so decide to go for a track session. It's hard work but the legs respond well - various 800m, 600m, 300m, 200m & 100m reps, it all becomes a bit of a blur but I keep my head down and stay focused.
I take advice and sit in a cold bath for 10 minutes when I get home....well actually I think I could only manage 5 minutes....it will take time to recover from this, I think I am now only half the man I was !!
