A cold, blustery night. I run to the Helm from home, this is always hard but the extra few miles each way does me good.
Russ has organised an excellent short, steep uphill rep session - not one we have done before. 12 reps, sounds tough but the climb is shorter than it looks. Should really be taking it easy as I have the OCT on Saturday but, as ever, never manage to hold back.
The run home is steady and hard work but, all-in-all, a good evening.
Massage in the morning and maybe a steady run after work...I'll see what state the legs are in.
