So a very different world now; it took a few weeks for me to recover but, everyday, I managed to get out for a walk or steady ride. Then back to running, biking, BROGA, HIIT and Pilates, aim for two things a day and longer rides and runs at the weekends. Life pull be worse, but I miss the Lakeland Fells and Scotland; hopefully won’t be too long before these are a possibility. But the biking is good, some longer routes: Shap, Orton & Tebay and then Sedbergh, Kirkby Lonsdale and Old Hutton with Craig. Some runs from Sedbergh with Kathleen too.
