Keswick Park Run, again, this time I'm 7th in 20:30; improving and hoping for a sub 20 before the end of Q1.
Then later in the afternoon and quick ride out from home; hit the hills, over to Underbarrow, loop of the Lyth Valley and Brigsteer Hill.....tough !
