A late night but I'm up and out soon after 7; a glorious morning. KA and I head over to Hartsop and have a steady warm-up along the valley. Kath has just finished a night shift and I had the Ben race yesterday, neither are ideal preparation for a run on the fells today.
We climb to Boredale Hause but then detour to Beda Head, Angle Tarn Crags (both to the North and the South summits), Angle Tarn and a further detour to Brock Crags. Then it's all downhill which really isn't great for my legs !! But we make it and grab lunch at More on the way home.
Good to get out but legs now fully trashed.
